Shipping & Delivery Policy
UNTUCKit offers several reliable shipping options for customers within the United States. We aim to process and fulfill orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Standard Shipping is available for a flat rate of $10 and typically delivers within 3–7 business days after shipment. 2-Day Shipping is available for $20 and guarantees delivery within 2 business days. Overnight Shipping is available for $30 and delivers the next business day for orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM ET.
Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders of $110 or more. Expedited services (2-Day and Overnight) are not available for P.O. Boxes; in those cases, select Standard Shipping. Orders placed after the carrier cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery estimates vary by service level and location:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day
No International Shipping:
UNTUCKit does not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking & Delivery Issues:
Once your order has shipped, you can track your package using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email. Please note it may take up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate your package, check around your delivery area and with neighbors before contacting customer support for assistance.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout. UNTUCKit is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, misdelivery, or additional charges due to incorrect address details. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
P.O. Boxes: Standard Shipping can be used for delivery to P.O. Boxes; expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Boxes.
