Returns & Exchanges

UNTUCKit accepts returns and exchanges on most eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. All returns and exchanges are free for domestic customers. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags attached. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, return credit, or gift card.

You can return or exchange your order by mail or in-store. If returning by mail, start the process at the UNTUCKit returns portal by entering your email and selecting the items you wish to return. Print the prepaid return label, pack your items securely, and ship them. If you ordered in store, contact customer service or visit any UNTUCKit store to obtain a return label. Once the returned items are received, refunds or credits will be issued.

If you choose a return credit instead of a direct refund, the credit will remain active until your return is processed. Should you not use the return credit within the specified time, it will be voided and the original payment method will be refunded. If your exchange costs more than your return credit, you will be asked for the remaining balance.

Returns are typically processed within 10 business days after your return package is received. Once the refund is processed, your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to complete the credit to your account. Returns from U.S. territories and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO) may take up to 4 weeks.

You may return items from more than one order in a single package, but please include the packing invoice or order number for each return. Gift returns can be processed online by indicating “Returning a Gift” in the return portal. For items purchased from third-party retailers, returns must be processed through the original retailer — UNTUCKit cannot accept or process third- party returns.
